In this video I showcase the amazing 3D printed models of the World Trade Center (WTC) before and after 9/11 when most of the towers literally turned to dust in mid-air. The before model is to scale, and the after model is very close to scale as it is obtained from the LiDAR data which was taken on around September 23, 2001. The 3D models are a great visual aid to see how the towers are literally no where to be found amongst the tiny rubble pile, which should’ve been at least 20 Titanics worth of material! The giant hole in Building 6 is also very striking.
A GeoEngineer from Alberta, Canada made the 3D models, which have dimensions of 9.5 inches wide by 7.5 inches depth by 7.5 inches tall, and each took about 48 hours to print! He also sent models to Dr. Judy Wood!
